O'Brien echoes something that most of us knew already. Following MDE's whimpering of Cox's loss, (leading to a well staged eat their own moment, ending with the predictable singing of Kumbaya) he stated ""Negative politics works".

O'Brien notes:

Considering the level of issues analysis and thoughtful debate found on Brodkorb's blog, Minnesota Democrats Exposed (10), he'd better count on negative politics working. Otherwise, he'd be out of a job.

Nice to know at least someone at the STRIB is paying attention.
