Hugh Slams Craig

You've probably heard the story of Sen Larry Craig by now:
Sen. Larry E. Craig pleaded guilty earlier this month to misdemeanor disorderly-conduct charges stemming from his June arrest by an undercover police officer in a men's restroom at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, a court spokeswoman and the senator's office said yesterday.
The Godfather of the NARN thinks Craig's got to go, especially after reading the Senator's spin doctor attempt:
I don't believe him. Read the statement by the arresting officer. He must think the people of Idaho are idiots.

But even if I did believe him, this would make his judgment too flawed to be in the United States Senate in a time of war. He has to go.
I applaud Mr. Hewitt on his insistent that judgment should be a major criteria for serving in the Senate. My question is, does he apply that same standard consistently?
