What the heck are you thinking! In a few months you wouldn't even have been on Kirby's radar, but in his death you want to create an aura of discontent for as long as possible, I don't know if you are pining for publicity or simply as cold hearted as you appear.
Ms Jodi Olson was the new love in Kirby's life. She has been very respectful and warm during this process, yet you are still trying to get your final digs in. Let it go! Be reasonable and open to the needs of not only your children, but the one woman who was providing the love and companionship to Kirby in what turned out to be the end of his time on this earth.
It's not too late to make amends and work out an acceptable conclusion to this awkward process. But if you wait too much longer, the lawyers will get more then anyone, and if that happens, you will appear to be the spiteful person that you are leading me to believe you are.
